We ship through Correios (PAC and Sedex) and trusted courier partners, delivering throughout Brazil.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code and the order weight.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow your delivery in real-time.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or reshipment costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays:
In case of delays caused by strikes, natural events, or logistical issues from shipping carriers, we will provide full support to track and resolve the issue promptly.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal:
You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges due to size issues or manufacturing defects within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the invoice.
Step-by-step for exchange or return:

Send an email to support allegrabrandloja@gmail.com with the order number, reason for the request, and product photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we will send instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with the refund or send a replacement.
Conditions not accepted:

Products with signs of use, without tags, or damaged.

Exchanges on sale or promotional items.

Custom-made or made-to-measure items.
Refunds:

Card payments: Refund will be requested from the card provider and may take up to two billing cycles to appear.

Pix or boleto payments: Refund will be deposited into the buyer’s bank account within 7 business days of approval.
Shipping Costs:

Additional exchanges or returns due to change of mind will have shipping costs covered by the customer.
